Belserion

Hi everyone. Some friends and I created a guild but Officers cant use guild commands, they should be able to invite, kick and promote but they can't. It annoys cause the leader can't be there to invite people always. I hope you can help me with this issue. I tried everything I read and heard but nothing worked.
