Bump, still need help `~`

I've already spoken to Hailie via email, and Chappie via the IRC channel. Both told me I need to speak directly with a dev to resolve my problem. Unfortunately, my thread "Odd Request" in "general complaint area" (it's not really a complaint - just couldn't find the appropriate place to post it lol) hasn't been responded to (posted yesterday morning).
