its too bad that i did not cap a pic when i had no pm and the message just appear. may be its my fault forgot to do that. i guess no one can help.

i know that. the problem is it take all my pm before i choose to getto Johto, i'd like to stay in kanto.

What have you already tried to solve the problem? /ref, relogin Description and Message help, i just beat E4 and i tried to go to jonto, it sudden took all my pm before the message that say i am not allow to use them until i get the rising badge appear. i just walk in to the town and i get knock back to where i am with the message. i don't want to go jonto now but i cant go back as i don't have any pm on me. i promise that i didn't click yes button accidentally. i promise that i had read message cleanly. i have no way but go into jonto now but i really want to back to kanto. i haven't do anything in jonto. please help
