But when I return to teach my pikachu surf, he keeps telling me to get the HM. So I went to the safari to get it. But even though I have the HM in my backpack, he still says the same thing. What have you already tried to solve the problem? I've tried searching around the forum if anyone else had the same problem and even waited a few days, but he still says the same thing. I assume there is suppose to be no cooldown since my pikachu wasn't even taught surf in the first place. Description and Message Is there a way to learn surf?
