I already solved it, I wasnt talking to the right person Thank you anyways

When I try getting flash, he says "still havent evolved enough pokemons" I thougth that what I had to do was capture at least 10 pokemon (what I did). I feel dumb asking this (I am a noob, just in case you didnt notice) Thank you for the help
