Help! Cannot copy exec file from zip w/out admin permission.

I am an admin on my computer and in the properties of the file for PRO32 I am an admin. However, when I try to copy the exec file to my desktop from the zip, a pop up saying I need admin permission to copy occurs. Please help, what can i do to copy the file? The data and other files from the zip are fine and can copy. -
How do I copy the exec file from the zip file appropriately? My computer says I need to be an adminsitrator to copy the exec file but I am an administrator?

When I try to copy the exec file for PRO, my computer tells me I need admin permission to copy. I am admin for my computer though. How can i play again?
