    Hello, i used to play PRO back around 2017ish and i just recently wanted to start playing again so i logged back online to start off were i left off. For Some reason it seems like my account was reset, because i was taken all the back to the Character Creation start. I really wasn't too crazy far into the game, i just caught a Snorlax that was like 25+ IVS and i was excited enough that i bought a membership and the Shiny Charizard Mount to go with it. If i just started the game over i would be okay with it, however i did spend money on some items that i will miss if they're gone forever. Please let me know if there is anyway i can get my "old account" back. Thank you
