Karmanor

I find myself, a lot, creating a character, and playing through all the regions for my enjoyment. It works for me and I am entertained. However, I have not really looked into what post game is, quite frankly because it's not telling me anything. I am either expected to know off the top of my head, or ask a chat in which, despite their best efforts, cannot explain properly, so I turn my attention to this forum in hopes of maybe getting some answers. If there is a forum post dedicated to what you can do, or people have a good answer, I would welcome it with open arms. I am not looking for one worded answers. I am looking for an explanation. Thanks
