    Ah-Ha! creating a shortcut and adding "-force-d3d9" to the end got it to work! Thanks!

    I just downloaded and extracted the game client today (3-23) but I only get a black screen with bubbles and music. I am new so there were not any previous copies of the client even on my computer yet. This is the same issue as a previous thread "game won't load" but the solution there did not work for me. I have 3.1GHz processor with 4GB RAM and DirectX 11 on Windows 7. I have also tried clearing my cache. Please let me know what I should do to get the client working.
