    Yahallo~! :Crazy: I'm a returning player and decided to make a new account since some of my friends decided to play with me. However, I did not know about some new addition to the story, Ash Ketchum. My friends said they encountered him and said he just vanished because they didn't have Pikachu as a starter. And unfortunately, I started with Charmander. :Cry: Therefore I was wondering I could get an account reset. :Smile: Sure I could just watch some video's or switch server, but I rather experience it myself and not have my friends switch servers. (Sorry for the long explanation)
