What is the point of having 100m in one account and what about new players who want to catch shinies rather than PvP battles

Hello staff,nice to you. I have an idea. I am thinking about having a medallion in Store that can help in increasing shiny encounter rate just like black medallion . Now the encounter rate for shiny is around 1/8000. If this kind of medallion used the encounter rate would be reduced 1/2048. Just think about it and comments are appreciated.
