    Thanks, I found out the problem. I wasn't unzipping it with the correct app. I went crazy, and was about to give up but after looking at the screen shots I decided to go with the original unzipping tool. It worked.

    I've checked FAQ, the general support pin, and old post. I couldn't log into server. So I finally deleted everything and tried to re-download it but it won't open.
