    when i play PRO for the first time in 2015. i have beat e4 johto and can going to mt silver. and then im vaccum for many months because im busy in my collage. i play PRO again about a week, start on 26th june 2016. and i cant going to mt silver again. there is 2 police and 2 togepi block my way to mt silver. when i talk to the police he said im do enough ready for going to mt silver. please help me
