Hello. I had all my pokemon including several level 100s and legendaries on he blue server but I icome back from a long break and everything changed and It made me restart on the gold server. can I please have some admin help

can someone help me plz. I was fighting Hannah and I used destiny bond on the mega metagross and it killed haunter causing me to lose can someone either reset the timer or explain to me what happened.
