I know that the 5th friend is on Route 124 and i search him for 30 min and i can't find it. Where is the swimmer ketoprak?

Oh thanks i thought i bugged the game or something xD

There is a quest in wich i have to defeat 3 guys and i lose vs 1 because my internet disconect and now i can't fight him again and i can't play. Is there a way to continue with the game or i can't play anymore? ( excuse me for my english )
