soo i was about to caught regice and the game disconnected me without reason. i know that your servers aren't perfect but now i lost the opportunity too caught my favorite ice pokemon, SO please do something and make him reappear or give it to me i don't know what you can do but it was your server problem that make me lose this regice not my internet or anything else. So please don't let me down and help me with my problem
