The rule was actually made so you can't play against your alt and climb the ladder like that, I don't think it should be removed but it shouldn't be 45 mins imo i agree on that point that should atleast reduce the timer due the fact i just wanted to forfeit because i knew i was gonna lose.

i personally think it might be a decent idea, because i am sure ppl had the same problem before when they wanted to forfeit but they had to relog to forfeit but the problem is when u relog u get the 45 min penalty although you just want to forfeit. :/
