Hey there, Sorry to hear that your pokemon has disappeared! This can happen sometimes due to rollbacks when the servers crash, or are rebooted for updates. Do you by chance have the pokemon's ID number so we can further investigate this for you?

Hey there! I understand your concern with possible hand injuries (The staryu hunts can get intense!) We do allow Xpadder because it does not directly affect any functionalities of the game client. However, Turbo mode or Rapid Fire mode counts as Macro-ing which is not allowed and gives an unfair advantage.
