at first, i login at mahogany and have team A at my party. Then i prepare team B to battle suicune guardian, in team B, only my sceptile that i attach new item, choice scarf. Then i go to rt 43 i encounter npc and relog. After login im still at rt 43, but my party team change to team A. Then i go back to pc to take my team B, but my sceptile not holding choice scarf anymore, and my choice scarf not in bag either. The only different my sceptile and my other team B poke is sceptile the only one whom i attach new item at 31 march i have 3 c scarf, and trade 2 of it to my other acc, so i have 1 left at this account.

when i want to go to battle suicune guardian, i try avoid battle with npc at rt 43 by relog right before battle. Usually this trick work without problem, but after i relogin my party team change to team i have after i login before arrange my team to battle boss. Then when i check my pc, my sceptile not holding choice scarf anymore, just like before i arrange my team to fight boss, but my item not go back to my bag
