I'm not sure if it's only for me but it's not recognizing Spinarak as an encounter on the tracker. Edit: I can confirm it does it sometimes now. Edit 2: From what i noticed i need to stay in the battle way longer then anything else for Spinarak to be register. Edit 3: it looks like its working fine now idk what it was.

Problem is i did not get the chance to catch Darkrai. Just got out from Darkrai world and went to get my sync and false swipe from pc after that i went back to the castle and in to the room were darkrai is. Then i interacted with him and he just disappeared and i got no battle (chance to catch him). I have tried to logg off and on and run out and in from the castle.
