    Error in client during the boss fight

    Hi [mention]Wener[/mention], as [mention]BashFick[/mention] and [mention]MecanoJilano[/mention] have said, unfortunately there's nothing that can be done, as the server sees the crash as a disconnect on your side, which resets the cooldown timer for the boss. I'm afraid you'll have to wait until your next chance, and hope your client doesn't crash again.

    Lost all save data. How to recover?

    Hi [mention]ChuckDiesel954[/mention], as [mention]aymanex15[/mention] has said, please check which server you logged into? Progress is saved server side, but it's saved seperately for each server - for example, if you played on red server, and then logged into blue, your progress would be "reset" as it were, due to the different save states.

    Please get back to me after trying it and let me know!

    Hi [mention]DarkShadow86340[/mention], sorry to hear you're having this problem!

    first of all, can you please check to make sure you're playing on the server you were originally playing on?

    Sometimes it's possible to log into a different server by accident, and of course progress is different on each one, so all your pokemon would seem lost.

    Found a Glitch

    hi [mention]Goeki37[/mention], this is actually a known glitch that unfortunately there's no proper fix for (at least not one that I know of).

    The only thing you can do to fix this is to completely close down your client, and then reopen it, and this will get rid of it for you.

    Red Server

    Hi [mention]christianH98[/mention], unfortunately there is no way currently to move data from one server to another.

    It is however possible and allowed, to create a new playthrough (using the same user name) on the other two servers you haven't played on.

    You're also welcome to make a new account, if you want a new name.

    Hey [mention]yushao[/mention], sorry to hear that Klingklang can't learn this move yet! Unfortunately I can't tell you if it will be added in or not (due to not being on that team) but what I can suggest to you is to check out the Update Logs thread regularly, as this is where all the new additions into the game will be!     Sky Pillar

    Hi [mention]Myfie[/mention], Mirage Island is a very rare spawning area - only a few people managed to trigger it out of all the players currently playing at the time, so congratulations!

    But in regards to Sky Pillar, it will re-appear once 24 hours have passed - in the meantime, you can hunt for Zorua, and other pokes on the island :D

    As [mention]MestrePokemon[/mention] says, for whatever reason NPC characters take priority in scoring, which leads to unfortunate situations like with yourself :(

    Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this, asides from offer apologies.

    Hi [mention]Obscurci[/mention], I'm very sorry but this actually falls under a rollback issue, which is something that we can't fix due to the pokemon not being saved on the server.

    I'm very sorry this has happened to you, but please check this thread for an explanation.

    In the future, if you catch a pokemon either for a quest like this one, or one you have been hunting, or a shiny etc, you can either head to the nearest pokecenter, or log out, to force a save on the server - I personally find logging out and back in the most efficient way, but it's personal and how you want to do it really :Shy:

    bug in pink pokes

    [mention]gintokiuchiha[/mention], just say [mention]PreHax[/mention] says, some of the names are bugged for pink pokemon, so they don't show as such in the chat, as well as some sprites.

    I believe Shane etc are aware of this, but I'll let them know again just in case for you.

    kanto elite 4 help

    [mention]skylight057[/mention] it's as [mention]PreHax[/mention] says, there's no "official" level for the Elite 4 (and for the gyms), but generally speaking you want anywhere between 75-85+ in terms of levels for your teams.
