Progress is saved server side, but it's saved seperately for each server - for example, if you played on red server, and then logged into blue, your progress would be "reset" as it were, due to the different save states. Please get back to me after trying it and let me know!

Hi [mention]lolurface[/mention] unfortunately there's nothing we can do in regards to resetting cooldown times on bosses - this includes if you disconnect while in the battle. Hi [mention]DarkShadow86340[/mention], sorry to hear you're having this problem! first of all, can you please check to make sure you're playing on the server you were originally playing on? Sometimes it's possible to log into a different server by accident, and of course progress is different on each one, so all your pokemon would seem lost. Please get back to me, so I can try to help you further!

hi [mention]Goeki37[/mention], this is actually a known glitch that unfortunately there's no proper fix for (at least not one that I know of). The only thing you can do to fix this is to completely close down your client, and then reopen it, and this will get rid of it for you. Hope this helps! -locked as solved- <i></i>

It is however possible and allowed, to create a new playthrough (using the same user name) on the other two servers you haven't played on. Hi [mention]Obscurci[/mention], I'm very sorry but this actually falls under a rollback issue, which is something that we can't fix due to the pokemon not being saved on the server. I'm very sorry this has happened to you, but please check this thread for an explanation. In the future, if you catch a pokemon either for a quest like this one, or one you have been hunting, or a shiny etc, you can either head to the nearest pokecenter, or log out, to force a save on the server - I personally find logging out and back in the most efficient way, but it's personal and how you want to do it really :Shy: Again, I'm sorry this has happened to you. -locked as solved- <i></i>
