Hello Senghe, Unfortunately, the staff doesn't discuss ban stuff in General Support. If your account is banned, you'll need to post an appeal subject in the Discipline Appeals forum, which is here : https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/index.php?forums/discipline-appeals.37/ You can post it there and it will be properly dealt with the occuring ban issues, considering what you've done or not done and how and why you ask for an appeal on that decision. Good luck with that one ! :) PS : Please remember the Staff is volunteering and has a lot to do so it may take some time before you get a proper answer to your appeal, but they will sure answer you, don't worry about that.

Hello Thesoulya ! It has been said by staff on discord that maybe some users will have to do the merging again, due to stabilization of the feature and bugs which were occuring. Can you test to do it again and maybe try to log on silver server once it's done ? I'm sure it will be helpful :)

Hello paulokun ! Have you tried to merge your account ? Hello Djalham, I've seen you're in a lot trouble since the merge has come.. But it's in my opinion actually a better thing for all servers to have a good concentration of people. The more people are playing, the healthier the offers and the market can be. And also it make a lot more pokemon generated so you have more chance to drop shinies and stuff like that :p Anyway, i guess your topic is much more of an opinion on the situation now than a problem you encounter with the game, so the staff may not be able to help you with that because there's barely no real problem in term of General Support :) If you want to open the discussion on the merge and why it shouldn't have been happening, you can always start a discussion with other players on General Game Talk in here : https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/index.php?forums/general-game-talk.5/ So other may have to share your opinion, or maybe will disagree with you but it have to be took in consideration i guess :)

I've seen nothing telling that streaks will be reseted. I'm not 100% reliable on this one and i guess we will have to wait and see for the boss we have to fight again but somehow the database keep your personal datas.. So it should be good ! Anyway it's up you'll be able to verify by yourself for now ;)

The merge feature is actually disabled to prevent bug and to be stabilized while the staff is making its maximum to shorten your waiting delay. When everything will be set up back to normal and the servers will both be online, there will sure be a @everyone on the announcements channel. Don't worry for that :) Regarding to the server not being online and staff don't expressly speaking about it, that's not a shame, it happens some times and it will get back to normal aswell soon as usual but nobody can provide a real ETA for that one as somehow there can be bugs irrelevant from the staff operations :) Please be comprehensive and patient, and in the meanwhile browse the forum to bond a little more with other players in the community ! There are some fun games playing on forum too :v

Actually the Red server is no longer existing, nor is the Yellow server really. What happened is Red and Blue server are merged into one only Silver Server, and the Yellow Server is becoming Gold Server. You should be able to connect you after you download the new client of the merging thing : Download link : https://pokemonrevolution.net/download.php Please note that the new Silver Server is for now down and that you have to connect on the website to proceed to the merge of your Blue and Red account. Be sure to click the RED account when it is asked which was your main so you wont lost any data of yours :) PS : Actually the merging tool is put down too to avoid more bugs to players :) Please have a bit of patience and everything is gonna be alright :D
