Sometimes it loads every 10 times, I play for 10 minutes and then crashes, or it doesn't load at all for hours.

What's the problem? How can I fix it? I've tried everything: VPN, firewall, disabled sounds, launched as administrator, deleted and redownloaded, rebooted, even reset my password and email, but nothing works!
