The title explains it. When I try keeping both accounts my phone screen turns red with similar menus to the "Merge menu" in the middle of the screen. I noticed on other posts that it gives a reason but I can't scroll up to look. Speaking of that, do you need both accounts to have 200+ hours on them or is only one needed? Or maybe 200+ total? What am I doing wrong? I do not think my problem is an already taken username.

I've recently redowloaded the game after maybe 6 months. As usual there are a lot of changes. Noticably, there are no longer red, blue, and yellow servers. On to my complaint; upon login, I noticed that my game had started over. Also, my Aerodactyl mount was no longer in my possesion, which I have spent money on. Is there a way to restore my data and my mount?
