  1. No way, finally I've been able to get into the game!! Hahaha, due to your past message I've known that in-game and forum passwords doesn't have to be necessarily the same password. So I've been trying a lot of passwords at the game and one of them was the correct one. Shame on me for opening this thread and bothering you with this problem in spite it was easier than what i thought. For the last time, thanks a lot for helping me with this issue! I haven't received the email to change the password but I have login to the game. Guess the e-mail problem is due to changing my forum password very recently, as you've said. Cheers!
  2. It doesn't matter, thanks again for your help! Yes I have, I changed my forum password on wednesday. I haven't changed my in-game password (That has to be done at Dashboard, right?) because Dashboard doesn't let me in and I don't receive the ''i forgot my password" e-mail when I request it. Is there any problem with changing my forum password recently so now I can't receive e-mails to change my in-game password? Thank you!
  3. Hi! Don't worry, thanks for your help! None of this options worked for me, I've tried to change the password from that link with Chrome, Edge, Firefox and my smartphone too. I've searched at junk, spam mail and email search bar as well. The thing is that I could change the password 2 days ago, I did received the email. But now I don't receive it at all and the game and dashboard won't let me in...Thanks for your attention!

  5. Sorry for bothering one more time, but I don't receive the e-mail when I request to change the password. I did receive them yesterday, when I changed my password twice. But now I'm trying and I don't get the e-mail. It says no more that thing about the queue that I told you on the last post, it says again that my password is incorrect
  6. Hello, Livana. Thanks for your answer, I've tried to login this morning and the password was no loger incorrect! However, it says that i'm at the place 150th at the queue and it takes so long. So much that I haven't played yet haha. I don't know if this is normal because I haven't played in a long time. Thank you!
  7. So, I've just tried to be back at PRO after a year of no playing. Last year I moved to SIlver Server after playing at Blue Server (Doing that thing at Dashboard, I think) After that, I could play with no problems. But now I have tried to login and I can't get into the game, it just says that my password is wrong. Nevertheless, is right, that's how I'm posting this thread hahaha. In addition, I have changed the password twice just in case that was the problem, but it seems that that's not the issue. Anyone can help me with this? Thank you! PS: Dashboard says that my password is invalid too.

  9. Hey there, I've just came into Mt. Silver for the first time and I had to battle some Rocket Grunts. I was fighting against the second one you find (At BF1) and I lost connection at the middle of the battle. When the server let me logging in after a couple of minutes, I went to fight against the same rocket grunt but I can't fighting him because I "lost" and due to that reason I can't progress. Anyone had the same problem? How this will be solved? Anything help, thank you!
