I played PRO quite a bit a year or two back and I vividly remember finishing every prerequisite required to enter sinnoh (capturing the 6 pokemon that spell out S.I.N.N.O.H, etc.), I remember even talking the the npc that would ask if you were ready to go. but i decided to take a break from the game before getting into sinnoh, a year or so later I come back and there are extra quests/steps required to enter sinnoh even though I'm pretty certain i had done everything needed. now do I really have to do these things? and if so why add more and more steps over time to do these things, i remember the original quests required were a hefty task as they were back then I don't see why they would need to add more.
