I agree with that. its a bit boring that nothing happen or that some moves dont work how they should too. But back to just the move animation it really start to annoy me when my charizard use dig and its still there like great xD maybe its just me but its so weird. and as long I remember there always something happened? even in the old ones or I remember wrong. its sure a lot of work to do all animations and draw them pic for pic, if but some new would be really nice and people talk since years now what I read here. I'm not a programmer too but as far I learned that where I study its not that difficult it just is a lot of work to draw all the sprites. but some should be easy to change as well if some look around and really want to make everything unique. at least if someone good at it it should be no problem at all.
