I changed the username, but i failed and my 2 accounts are on the same mail, it's because of that? if yes pls rollback my account at the moment i had all :(

Hello, i wanted to create a new account to restart the story, but when i take my first account (all badges, 2 leagues cleared, 160hours playing), i restart with no pokes and like i'm starting the game but it's not what i want, wtf is that??
