great thing it has been resolved. i had to search high and low again for possible solutions. apparently i had to put one of the command on the target shortcut as below -force-d3d9 -force-d3d11 -force-opengl the one that works for me is -force-opengl. im happy that im able to play the game again T.T

Hi. I'm having an issue where the PRO client suddenly crashed after i changed in-game resolution from full screen into windowed view. I've been searching for solutions in here and have tried every possible solutions that I've found here, and yet, nothing solve. I did tried to delete everything, redownload, restart the wifi, check on update with everything, but same problem still perceived. Here I attached together the problem I've been facing. The client keep not responding and forced close for I don't know what reason. I need solution please. thank you.
