Hey staff. I just got done with the valentines quest. After that i went to battle clefable, but mid battle the server crashed. This is not acceptable. Im not the only one experiencing these things. If the game isent right then why open up the servers? fix the game then open the servers. This is not how you make a game, this is how you make people hate your game. If you dont know how to handle these kind of situations, on a game then dont make any games to begin with. Learn how to handle situations like these before hand. This is bad on you all ends. Stop making such events and stuff when you know the servers arent stable. Close the servers and make the servers and everthing else stable/good, then start opening up so players can play. How do you expect us to play the new event when we cant even play it becouse the servers crash every 5 mins. But i atleast hope yall can fix my problem and help me get the vday clefable back or so that i can battle it again. Thx! (PS. i got video evidence of it, but forums wont let me upload the video dunno why)

I was battling Nikola boss to get my zapdos back, but the game suddenly crashed on me and i got kicked out to the login in screen. Now it says that i have to wait 22 days to battle him next time. But how is that fair when i cant control the game to not crash on me. Its really annoying to wait so long for something that wasent my own foult. And something thats not controleble. I hope i could get some help so that i can get another chance, and a reply as soon as possible. Thx

I can’t log into my account. It says “connection lost” every time. The last time I was on my account was 2017. But I don’t know if that the problem.

i dont know what proxy is and i have restartet everything but it keeps kicking me out of the game i log on and 20 sec later im kicked out -_- the game is unplayeble for me :C.

hey Caliph! :). It dosent work still. It does the same (kicking me out of the game were it says "conaction lost" over 1000 times now :c scared to catch mew now cus of the problem

my game freezez every time and i always get kicked out the game (it happend over 30 times) same day. Tried to re install the game but didnt work. It mostly happens mid a battle. And when im writing pm's. pls fix

So far, it worked for other Mac users Also, are your graphic drivers up to date? have deleted the game and all the files to the game and still purple screen and my mac is also on the latest version and still everything is the same purple screen and nothing else....

Hey there! One solution that has fixed this issue for another user was to update their mac to the latest version. You can check what version you are running by clicking on the upper left side of the screen (on the Apple) in order to check your Systems details. Please try updating your system and seeing if you get the same results. hey there. still the same thing with the purple screen my mac is on the latest version and have been deleting the game 20 times now still nothing.... -_-

Hey there! Have you tried re-downloading the Client and reinstalling it? Delete all past PRO folders and files, and clean your temp files as well. Make sure all of your drivers are up to date. Also, make sure that you are following these steps when installing the mac client. Please try these steps out, and let me know if they help you resolve the issue! it is still purple :(...........

and the name of my file is PROSpookyMax?????

when i click on the new file i just updated the only thing that pops up is a purple screen and nothing else.. (on mac)
