please anyone my lvl 100 charizard can't cut it for the elite 4s i need help

my lvl 100 charizard can't cut it for elite 4s so can i borrow someone's tough pokemon for them

can i join a guild that will help me with elite 4s what i need in a guild *borrowing tough pokemon to beat them (my lvl 100 charizard can handle jhoto trainers and gym leaders but it can't handle elite 4s so i'll give them them right back back)
