Ok, after 12h I was finally able to log in. Didn't do anything else, so still don't know what the problem was. Anyway, this can be closed.

Still unable to log in in my computer, but on the smartphone I can. I don't know what else to try besides downloading the app again, which I already did, and didn't work.

Hello, I have been unable to log in for probably 4 hours now. I don't see any other people reporting server down at this time, so it looks like a me problem. I get the message "Failed to connect to server", I'm silver server, and I have internet connection otherwise. I have downloaded again to check for updates, but still doesn't log in. What's going on? Hello! I have a level 99 eevee, maxed happiness (255), that isn't asking to evolve when I finish a battle. I've tried a wild battle, trainer battle and even player battle. It doesn't evolve. It is not holding an everstone (It has held it through many level ups, but not anymore). And last time it leveled up it didn't evolve either. It's supposed to be an umbreon, I know I need to evolve it at night, but either way, daytime or nightime, it doesn't ask to evolve either to espeon or umbreo. Is this a glitch? Am I missing something? Thank you for your time!

Hello again, I've been searching the forum for answers, and I read the "Hit by a rollback?" thread. I'm honestly not sure if my case is considered a rollback, since the game didn't roll back, as in losing data of things I had already done, it kind of 'rolled forward', going over a menu where I should have made a decision. I would like to know whether my case is indeed a rollback, in which case I know there is nothing that can be done, and so the thread can be closed; or if this is a diferent case, I would like to know what can be done, by whom, and where to ask for it.

Hello :Shocked: First of all, spoiler alert on the Halloween event I was about to get the reward after beating Gorge, I had the menu to choose it, but the game crashed, or I left it on hold too long and it logged out... The thing is, when I logged in again, Vlad and Gardenia were gone, and so was my reward :Frown: Is there anything that can be done? Thank you
