I think having a Storage System that allows the players to sort the Pokemon, across multiple boxes, would be very useful, and efficient. Currently, when you sort by name, it's only that box, but the Pokemon are put in separate boxes so you still have to search through all the boxes regardless if you sort by alphabetical, or level, and I'm fairly new to this game, and I'm already up to 20 inboxes, I know others must be WAY WAY up there, and this could be very time consuming, and irritating. If possible making it where the filters would apply to all inboxes at the same time, and also adding a filter like -type- fire, ice, water, etc....
