Yeah I'm at 16.1 too but my JC2MP was still screwed up so I did it anyways and it fixed it

Do you have an AMD GPU? because their Crimson BS is most likely the cause, an update to my drivers cause me to not be able to play Just Cause 2 MP mod (the crash log stated it was because of atidxx32.dll instead though) but I'm having the same crash so I'm guessing that's the cause Try doing what this video says and see if it fixes it (replace 64 instead of 32 though) /watch?v=Ey5DG8VsGS0
