Even when i am doing everything you guys said nothing changes IG

Hi This game hypes me a lot but a graphic bug makes the floor all black, characters included. I can see the interface and interact with the game but it is unplayable. Can someone tell me how to resolve this? i tried to download it several times from different sources, to restart my PC, to unzip with 7z/Winrar and without em but nothing works so far. :Cry:
