i have lost my pokes after mega gengar event.can you restore them?

i lost my mew blastoise gyarados and empoleon all 100lvl.i cannot find them in my pc in pokecenter..when i chose surrender fron gegarnite quest (because choosing 5 randoms pokes)my own pokes have lost...please do something especially for my mew

look. i started the quest but because i couldnt finish it i stopped played pro.recently i began again and i chose surrander fron quest in order to come back tn in vermilion [1:55 ΜΜ] my mew,my blastoise i cannot find [1:56 ΜΜ] eventhough in my pc in pkecenter
