1. Delevel request. DrNerfariouz. Silver Server. Gastly: 10402398 http://prntscr.com/jq3flf Thanks.
2. A possible improvement has been found. At Rock tunnel instead of going through the entire tunnel you can farm the first lot of dig spots, leave through the entrance, dig through to the other side, and come back in from that side to do the end spots. This is untested so I will test it on my next run, but it sounds like it will make a tangible difference and will definitely make the repels work better. Thanks to Blucrow for the suggestion.
3. Hello, Video: I'm DrNerfariouz and I've made a 14 minute video showing how to quickly get through the dig / Pokestops. This is a very effective way of earning money in PRO but many people overlook it. I also cover the extra things you could and should do along this path to make your 3 daily dig run as productive as possible. If anyone has any ideas on how to do this more quickly, with or without transport, then let me know. Thanks a lot, enjoy.
4. It's pretty well known by most people that if you relog during a battle you teleport from your location to the last Pokecentre you visited. Would using this to quickly get around the map be considered abuse of a glitch? Is it even a glitch? Is it against the rules to abuse it when the developers must be aware that you can do it but haven't changed how it works for, forever? Thanks, - DrNerf.
5. The logic is absent. You simply want them because you cannot have them. The dog and Genesect were essentially rewards and badges for people who are long term players or grinders. The "casual" player can have any of the 500 other Pokemon (of which they will catch maybe 100), but you can't have TWO Pokemon... yet. What you're saying is basically "anyone should be able to have everything anyone else has, its unfair that i can't have event Pokemon too i deserve a Darkrai :( and i want christmas Pokemon even though I didnt play at christmas". Plus the line were drawing is completely subjective. The line is 1k hours you want less and what is reasonable is not rational its just what you think. If you think its 500 then fine, another person wants it in 300 and another wants it in 100. Why not have a genesect quest midway through Kanto where catching 5 bugs gifts you Genesect? If you do any of these things you remove the appeal and point of the Pokemon... just because 2/500 Pokemon are exclusive to 2/500 players.
6. Hi, Since I last played PRO has moved from Blue, Red and Yellow... to Gold and Silver. In the process it seems my account has been deleted:ChikoritaWTF: I played PokemonRevolutionOnline for about 350 hours under the name DrNerfariouz. You can see from my post history I had played since summer last year. I've purchased from the game before and I have grinded quite a lot. I have over 400 unique Pokemon caught and have about 30 level 100 Pokemon with 2,000,000 PokeDollars. I completed all of Kanto, Johto and Hoenn as well as unlocking Sinnoh. On the name DrNerfariouz I had an account on all 3 servers. My main account which was CONSIDERABLY further ahead of the other 2 was on the blue server. When I log into the name DrNerfariouz it only lets me go on the Silver server and the account just has 4 Pokemon and 0 badges. Please tell me my account has not been deleted. Thanks, DrNerf.
7. Fishy did you beat Jackson yet?
8. The Pokemon should be in there, have you been upstairs? The Pokemon is upstairs along the left hand side.
9. You need to understand that the reason help chat has more people in it is because you're not allowed to do Rates / PC in there. The fact that people try to and sometimes gets answers is irrelevant because the baseline is that it's not allowed and we can tell them to go to all/trade. I guarantee you that if they changed the rules of help chat to allow rates/PC the chat would be almost identical to battle or all chat within 1 month.
10. The reason all chat is a completely dead chat is because you're allowed to do price checks and rates in there. I answer questions a lot in help chat and know a lot of people who frequently answer questions (Blue server). All of us hate price checks and rates, it completely kills the chat and if you allowed those 2 things in help chat it would die like all chat died. The primary set of people who ask for price checks are people who shouldn't be trading because they don't know anything about the economy of this game. The primary set of people who ask for rates all have objectively bad Pokemon and don't know why. Rates, in a nutshell, are new players asking if their calm nature 10 iv Pidgey is good. Don't change the rules for help chat please, thanks.
11. Would just like to say that approximately 1 day later all of my issues were gone and the game has been running fine on all servers since then.
12. The issue itself is that I am lagging in the game (everything is delayed) and I am disconnecting from the game quickly. This is an issue I've never had in 6 months of playing. I have read the megathread for issues regarding connection and none of the suggestions apply to me. The game is up to date, my accounts are verified, my computer surpasses the requirements easily and I've been playing the game for 6 months without this issue happening once. This can't be down to my internet, I have played CounterStrike and LeagueOfLegends within the last 4 hours (the issue with PRO started happening about 6 hours ago) with 34 and 26 ping in those games respectively. Here is my internet connection right now: https://gyazo.com/6d69fb72c7e019aaa2f0a5a1f684931c. In addition, my internet is very stable, it never fluctuates and I'm connected via an ethernet cable. I have tested my connection to the servers on multiple accounts: - Main account, Blue server, 300 hours played. This is where the lag is most intense and the disconnect happens within a minute. Talking to NPC's takes ~5seconds to open text, getting on and off bike is also on a 5s delay. - New account, Blue server, 20 mins played. This has considerably less lag and does not disconnect me immediately. It's taking approx 5 mins to DC me from this account. Interactions with NPC's are still quite slow. - New account, Red server, 20 mins played. This runs almost perfectly. I played for ~10 mins before disconnecting the first time and the second time I played about 10 mins and didn't disconnect at all. Interactions with NPC's do have a noticeable delay though, perhaps 1 second. So far I have restarted my PC, played on Android, uninstalled and reinstalled PRO, checked my firewall settings and asked in chat if anyone else is lagging (a few responses say they are not). Suggestions?
13. This is a good enough reason imo, why not let 1 of them be catchable.
14. Lol maybe my RNG is just good then because I usually get 140+ IV on the Celadon quest within 30 mins every time.
15. He means that it makes the game too easy. If you could do that you could just go farm Rattata's for an hour and make like 500,000 with ease. He didn't say it but this would also have a terrible impact on the trade economy.
16. Having spent a lot of time in help chat I've noticed many common trends that lead new players to get stuck, so I have a lot of suggestions regarding the new player experience as well as a few general suggestions. - Item descriptions. Mobile users cannot read what the items do, which often leads to them asking what every item does. This seems extremely important. To a lesser extent it would be great if you could put the TM name next to the TM number because it can be annoying to have to hover over the TM to find out which one it is when your bag has about 80 TMs in it. In addition, having a description of Pokemon abilities when hovering over the ability would be useful. - The map feature. Similarly to item descriptions the map does not specify what is in which location for mobile users. This leads to extremely spammy conversations where someone says 'where is X', they get their answer 'route X', but they cannot navigate to it because they cannot see route X on the map. Which means you have to say 'City Y, go north to route Z, then east to route X' etc. And this assumes they know where the starting city is, which they often don't. This leads me onto my other map related point, a 'YOU ARE HERE' marker on the map would help new players greatly. The map has 3 regions on it and if they're new to Pokemon, telling them X route / city is not helpful because they have no idea where they are. - A quest tab would help, or small direction hints. People ask very frequently for a quest tab because they don't know what they're doing. A box similar to the 'Pokemon on this route' box would help them know what their current aim is. - Separate happiness from HP, preferably displaying happiness value. Currently new players assume their happiness is their HP because next to the orange happiness bar there's a number for health. It is a little misleading and as you're okay with happiness being searched via command I think displaying the value next to the orange bar would help a lot. The remaining suggestions are not aimed at new players and are almost QOL suggestions. - staffview 3. staffview 2 is very close, staffview 1 is a little far away and that wouldn't be an issue but it constantly makes the screen re centre which is a little annoying. I'd love a staffview 3 which is approximately halfway between 1/2. - Add a dig passage through victory road. Victory road is not very long but being able to dig through it would be nice, and consistent. - Either open PM chat boxes where the user previously closed them or just move the chat box opening location from the centre of the screen to the far right where there is a gap in the UI. Currently I, and many others, have messages disabled because it showing up in the middle of the screen right on top of your player character is annoying. I can understand how it could be hard to code it so it opens where we prefer it to open, but opening it on the right side seems like it'd be easy and has no downside. - Though I have suggested it before I would like to bump the request for a more flexible PC storage system. The storage system is EXTREMELY tedious. It is not a small problem it is a massive problem for me personally. If you do absolutely nothing else please just let us put Pokemon in a separate box instead of forcing them into the closest available. I really, really, hate having 10 sync Pokemon and 50 dupes mixed in with the rest of my dex completion Pokemon. Finally, it would be a great help if moderators spent a little more time in chat. There are at least 3 people per day that I play who come on with the sole intention of spamming, cursing, trolling or antagonizing users. An alternative if you do not have a moderation team who feels they can spend time policing, is to recruit 'community' mods who have very limited moderation power but can act as a presence in the chat rooms so that people stop breaking rules. Sorry for the lengthy post, and thanks for reading if you made it this far;)
17. Re: Origin guild (blue server) recruiting active players! <t>- IGN: DrNerfariouz.

- Hours played: 170.

- Favourite Pokemon: Rayquaza. At the time, it was the most fearsome and powerful looking legendary by far. The detailing on its body was quite unique for its time, previous legendaries had no such artistic detail, which made it feel very mythical. It is obviously extremely powerful which is cool and the cut scene in Pokemon Emerald was the first ingame cut scene of the main series... What a great cut scene it is too.

- Yes I can join discord whenever, I am used to being in comms software as I've played competitive team games consistently.

- You should accept me because I am active and extremely experienced, I'm also mature. I've been playing Pokemon since I was 4 (now 23), and between generations 1-5 I played competitively to a solid level. During gen4/5 I consistently maintained a top500 rating on PokemonShowdown in multiple different formats (most notably gen4/5 OU,UU,Ubers,Randoms) and when they released the gen1 format I was rank1 in gen1 OU/Randoms for almost a month (obviously fluctuating on and off it). I've also reached rank 1 on gen4 ubers / ou, albeit for a short time. I intend on playing PRO PVP when I finish the story.

Beyond competitive experience I am just generally knowledgeable in Pokemon, since joining PRO I've been a regular in help chat helping with everything from basics (whereflashlol?) to explaining the intricacies of IV's, EV's, natures, movesets and hunting.

Thanks for reading.</t>
18. I'm fine with paying for the system but I don't think it should be excluslve. You're very right having all different 'types' of Pokemon together is awful, but I think it should just be a widespread update for all.
19. I do not have a screenrecorder and shadowforce does not record PRO for some reason so I took a gif. Pretty self explanatory, there was just an invisible barrier stopping me from walking. Screenshot of where it was: https://gyazo.com/c844cfe2b66b5153a332e8204093a628 GIF of me trying to pass through it: https://gyazo.com/0bf741dfee1c8179a112f775e880ae8a
20. Dude I like trash talking and I can go ham on people but at a certain point someone just gets repetitive and you don't want to see them repeat themselves. Imagine if there was a bot in your house that just said 'hello' every 5 seconds, that's what it's like with some people. It's nice to just not see what they're doing. Especially when chat box is so small and can't be made bigger, if they message every 10 seconds they are taking up 1-2 lines that could be someone saying anything useful. In addition, you can already ignore people, why are you so opposed to perma ignore? You are on some massive philosophical rant regarding mental health for something that is like a 0.1% change in functionality lmao. It's not as deep as you're making it out to be.
21. You might be holding down a button (space or arrow etc) as you enter a new area and keeping it held down is what is stopping you from moving.
22. 100% agree, I have to ignore the same 5 people in help chat every time I log in because I know they're going to troll and/or be immature. I don't know why /ignore is not permanent by default.
23. You don't get normal Pokemon rerolls because you can catch new normal pokemon. You can spend a few hours and catch 100 of them and pick the best one. You get infinite normal Pokemon rerolls. You get one chance with the legendary Pokemon, so it's not the same at all.
24. Nature rerolls for legendaries make MUCH more sense than IV rerolls. A bad nature means a competitively unplayable Pokemon, bad IV's do not mean that. People with bad natures should be allowed a chance to compete. Not only are they not allowed to compete, the trainers who got lucky are allowed to get an even greater advantage with IV rerolls.
25. This is not what I was saying, if they made this a feature I would disable it for myself if possible.
