On your Login screen in the upper left corner should stand the Client Version. Is it: Version 0.92_1 LIVE BETA ? Could you please upload the Screenshot on Imgur and link it here to provide more Information please. It's always the same post for downloading a client, just the download links change.

You probably didn't disconnect. The game had maintaince today and shut down the server. The sandlsash might be rollbacked. We can't give you back any rollbacked Item/Pokemon, sorry for the inconvenience
