Description and Message After reaching lvl 15 with my Bulbasaur i was asked whether or not i want to learn "Take Down". When i chose to learn the attack and forget tackle for it my Bulbasaur learned "Poison Powder" instead. People told me that Bulbasaur is supposed to learn "Poison Powder" at lvl 13. However I kinda skipped lvl 13 as I leveld up from 12 to 14 in one mob (Geodude from Pewder city Gym trainer). The occurrence of this bug is very unfortunate for me, as my Bulbasaur is now left without a normal type attack move which is essential for further progress. I hope this issue may be quickly resolved. Best Regards Mezzanine
