    I'm sorry, but Nikola boss is only for those who failed to catch a legendary. If you managed to catch it but then released it, only an Admin can retrieve it in the database, and posting in the restore pokemon megathread is the way to ask for it!

    You can see if you are banned on the Dashboard;

    If you are indeed banned, please don't talk about it here, but in the Appeal subforum.

     

     

    However, other issues can prevent you from logging ingame that do not imply a ban of your account:

    • If you are using a proxy, try to log in without it
    • If you are trying to play on a public connection such as at school or work, they can have blocked the game on their network
    • Try to add an exception on your firewall for the game
    • Try to run the game in admin mode or compatibility mode

     

     

    Otherwise, try following the steps in the Issue Guide:

    Hit by a Cannot connect to server messageCrash issues or other issues

    Unfortunately, no, you won't be able to change your account name, or request for one; you can, however, choose a new one by creating another account!

    Reminder that you are permitted to have 2 accounts per email address and up to 4 per person. :)

     

    Please note that you will have to start over your journey, as no data can be transferred between accounts -or servers, as stated here :Angel:

  7. Hi friend, I was able to solve the problem.

     

     

    What I did was the following, first I opened the client and logged on to another server, then I logged out of the server without closing the client, and I logged in to the yellow server again, and logged in normally.

     

     

    use this information for future similar errors, but thank you very much for your attention.

    If you get stuck again in the future, you can try these easy steps before asking on the forums, since it might help you out, and faster than waiting for an answer here:

    • Click on the ReSync arrow, next to your shortcuts: D2HDt7b.png
    • Alt+tab, if it is just your character that isn't moving;
    • Use an escape rope - or challenge another player to a battle and lose it; you will be sent to your last visited PokéCenter;
    • Restart your game client.

  10. Just discovered this MMO, hyped to try it, but noticed three servers. Which is the best/most active?

    The only difference between the servers is the community; the game content is the same on each one of them :)

    • Blue is currently the more populated
    • Red is the oldest
    • and Yellow is the newest

  13. I was getting Jirachi and the server just got down and i miss the chance.... what can i do to catch him?

    You will have to defeat Boss Nikola, located in Unknown Place (Trainers Valley), in order to get a second chance at catching Jirachi, as [mention]TheAkalli[/mention] mentioned!

     

    Here are the requirements for, and how to go to Trainers Valley, in case you need to know:

    • Fight with Red at the top of Mt. Silver (whether you win or lose has no influence whatsoever)
    • Catch 120 Pokémons native from Kanto (pokémons #1 - #151);
    • Get 38 evolved data;
    • Be able to take the train (complete the HM02 Fly, Subway & Train Quest Guide)
    • Take the train from Saffron City or Goldenrod City, as if you wanted to go to the other city, and then select "Trainers Valley" option. There, surf northeast to reach Unknown Place :)

  15. Nevermind, managed to get out. Didn't realise you could move through Pokemon if you're both going in the opposite direction,.

    I'm glad you found a solution to your issue :Angel:

     

     

    I would suggest you to always carry an escape rope with you to avoid being stuck by this kind of issue!

    You can also challenge someone to a battle and lose it, disconnecting being the fastest way to do so. You'll be teleported to your last visited PokéCenter without losing money :)

     

     

    However, if you really get stuck someday, please report it along with a screenshot, so our Content Scripting team can take a look into it to prevent it from happening to someone else :Angel:

  17. Hi, on Monday or Tuesday it happened that a player told me that if I could tell him how many rare candys he had, because he only appeared 10 and he was sure to have many more. Then check mine and I had exactly 10 Rare Candy from my 180 to 190 that I had, because I always keep them for pokes that ask for a lot of exp.

    Ask in ALL and they told me to close everything and re-enter it should be a visual bug, but it was not fixed, after these days to see that it is not solved ask a staff and told me to post here and ask them to enter a SCRIPTER and check my account to help me. After doing the Boss of the 4 Regions win 5rc now I have 15rc. I hope you can help me.

    I suppose that you did Heatran's quest quite recently; that quest is made in a way to ensure its difficulty, so all your eventual masterballs and rare candies are removed from you when you access the area.

    Just talk back to Buck in said area, and you will get your goods back :Grin:

    In the future, you can check current servers' status on the main page, and if you have a doubt about being banned or not, log on your dashboard :)
