1st photo press space to interact then go to loading screen (as soon as he press space) dont know why and last the pokemon still low HP

ok 1st photo in pokecenter press space to interact then is the 2nd photo and last pokemon not healed

I friend of mine who is a new player goes by the username of Rubenxor when he goes to the pokecenter and talk to the nurse the game do like a restart but dosent heal the pokemon

I cant log in to the game
