  2. The Form Collector NPC in Celadon Mart level 4. I gave off 4 v-day slowpokes and a couple other things before I realized the PvE coins aren't being added to my inventory. I'm stuck on 8 PvE coins. This must be a bug right? I should be getting 5 every poke. Thanks

  7. Hi. I talked to the security officers in poke centers to start the transport quest. They tell me to go to Wattson. According to the forum guide, Wattson is supposed to appear at New Mauville entrance with the magma/aqua admin. For me, I see nothing and New Mauville is empty of NPCs besides random encounters. Is New Mauville bugged or am I missing a step?
  8. Spent most of the month farming for xmas pokes. I only saw this Vulpix, today. Lost it to the ghost disconnect issue. I took this screenshot of it timing out. I will admit that my sync was adamant; yet, it still could have missynced into positive nature. Major bummer that I lost this. HA and everything. You can check my inventory.   9. I used a BMS almost 3 days ago. Since using it, my sighting rate has noticeably dropped and each time I catch an HA Squirtle, the server crashes and loses it. That has happened twice. That squirtle is a unit I have been hunting for a couple years on and off, having lost two of them in this time frame has me extremely unhappy. You need to make servers assign IDs right away. This 10 minute buffer or whatever it is is destroying the integrity of what players are accomplishing. As much as I love pokemon, issues like this make me think about quitting because what is a third party really going to do to fix this after being an issue this long? My long breaks in the past, have come from this being a problem before. I would have liked to think that by now, you all would have found a way to fix it. Had no time to take pictures, each time had barely had time to see what I was about to lose. If you going to add a buff like BMS based on coins, you shouldn't make it a nightmare to use. I am at multiple losses and no way to prove it.
  10. Any chance any of this would be put into actual development? I could help out with sprites if that's needed. What you see above was done quickly as a rough concept. As far as special skins pokes go, I think best time for theme/character mergers is Halloween. Like Wizard Pikachu (which I am guessing was maybe inspired by Harry Potter), costume looks might only be viable during a time when everyone is already dressing up. If a Marvel event is done in the future like this one maybe, it could include Wolverine Bisharp among others. Special Holiday/Event Units seems to always be in high demand. This would be a good way to expand on that advantage, I think. What could be better than playing pokemon dressed as your other favorite childhood characters? Playing with pokemon also dressed like your favorites.
  11. Doesn't need to be fall...maybe Halloween? "A horse of a different color." Ponyta/Rapidash variations. Maybe something new for Blitzle/Zebstrika? Let's face it, as cool as the blue fire is, it turning grey at 100 is a bit of a thrill kill. This is a good excuse to have fun with it. Color variations I would run, emerald/green, pink, teal, purple and yellow/gold. Could also do nightmare red/orange, where the body is black or hot coal looking over white. That might b too much though. (just in case the wicked witch or headless horseman wants their own ponyta) Yellow Brick Road Quest: Yes Please. Other character theme skin variations could include Scarecrow Abra/ evos Tinman Golett/ evos Cowardly Meowth/evo or litleo(recommended by boythunder) Toto poochyena/Mightyena Flying Monkey Gligar/evo (Gligar/Gliscor Sample) and of course new player clothes, such as Dorothy's dress or wicked witche's hat. The Rapidash mounts coming in new colors may be a thing. If not that, at the very least, broom stick mount. Could even make a rare pair of ruby slippers to bring a player back to a home point. maybe make up for fly not being in game some. would be good quest reward. Why make a Wizard of Oz theme event? because because because because who doesn't like the wizard of oz?

  13. Hello, I am reporting an issue and loss from bag lag. While hunting for Chespin in Vulcan Forest, I encountered the shiny pictured above. The game froze and failed to respond, as it commonly does when the bag gets opened for the first time in a while. The screen is faded white from the windows prompt waiting for something from app. While I did just catch a Shiny Butterfree a day or so ago, it was neutral nature. The impish sync would have probably made it rip, but some chance would have been better than the chance I got...which was none because it took so long to respond it I had to close the program. I usually don't face a loss; however, I know people besides me have as well. We all have those stories of the rares we'll never know because our bags never loaded in. It's not the first time for me. Considering how rare shinies are and the fact the last one was bunk, I feel pretty down on my luck after that. I imagine recovering it is impossible now. I caught screenshot this time, hoping it can be fixed soon. I'm looking at another 8k+ encounters probably just for another chance at a shiny.

  19. The fact that this game is mainly a PvE game is why special thought needs to go into the PvP structure. I personally prefer PvP based games to PvP. I generally do not like the way most PvE games try to set up their PvP and the reason being mechanics blending tends to be too rough. The way it currently is, there is a choke-point in PRO PvP. Those who are below it, do not typically enjoy the experience. Should the PvP experience improve, both PvE and PvP populations would go up because overall quality of the game is increased. People keep hitting on the population issue like it can't be fixed. They did have to install extra servers to keep wait times down, no? No one is going to be able to convince me that the numbers won't change with the right adjustments even if they aren't what I recommend. I recognize it is hard to facilitate PvP in PRO because the original games are not built around being online even though small scale interactions exist. It must also be kept in mind though that there are other games like Poke-MMO out there. In Poke-MMO they do that MewTwo Champion encounter which I find interesting. While PRO has better graphics, it does still have competition that is also working towards improvements. The PvP structure can be what makes or breaks one or the other in the end. I am just making the suggestion and it's up to PRO to decide how they actually go about it. *PRO even censors the game title as spam if you make it one word. lol.
  20. @TheProdigy Using non-ranked to help build a population can work although by itself I don't think it'll keep people that interested in it. You made a good point. Tiers for the reason of population building would need a gradual release/implementation.
  21. I get the point you are trying to make @chameleon although I must respectfully disagree. With a more diverse PvP structure, more people would PvP. I know a ton of people who don't even dare PvP because they feel grossly unprepared. I am also not suggesting a non-ranked queue. You are right, needs to be interesting. It's could be a good way to earn unique cosmetics or even a special mount. Below 100 would be more casual and people could practice similar to your non-ranked suggestion without having to request battles by approaching people at random. I get the queue times and matching against same opponent is an issue; however, those problems can be solved by getting more people involved. The way things are going, those who can don't for reasons I have already discussed. The weight classes could be separated into 1st stage evos, 2nd stage and final stage and/or be based on level brackets.
  22. Hello, When it comes to games like this, it helps to have a casual pvp environment which doesn't exist in PRO. If you try to pvp with anything less than what people call epic, its basically a waste of time. My suggestion is do something like what was done in World of Warcraft and real sports fighting by creating brackets or weight classes. You can go heavyweight, welderweight, lightweight or base it on every 10 level intervals. Seems like things are too linear to be able to enjoy pvp at 100. This type of thing is why I play pvp based games for my pvp fix like Heroes of the Storm. I don't like feeling like I am just hitting my head on a wall when I play a game. I get that feeling from PRO pvp. Without adding brackets some how, I think it will be increasingly harder to encourage pvp participation. Got to give people a place to start besides the end.
