What I did was the following, first I opened the client and logged on to another server, then I logged out of the server without closing the client, and I logged in to the yellow server again, and logged in normally. use this information for future similar errors, but thank you very much for your attention.

I tried the solutions that you sent me, and they did not solve my problems, but the strangest thing is that I can access the other two servers, I believe that the problem is in the location of my character or it may even be my imagination, because the problem started soon after a day when the internet I live in was falling, I was trying to pass a cave and when I was battling with a npc, out of nowhere the internet crashed and I returned to the pokemon center, and this happened several times, until that window began to appear.

Need help!!! I'm trying to access yellow server and I'm not getting it, someone could help me. This window is popping up when I try to log into the yellow server.
