it just disappeared. and when I talk to the npc he says to come back with pokeball and stay on it. when I interact with the pokeball that was supposed to be at gm it’s empty

the pokeball gs just disappeared, i don't know if i used it unintentionally or what happened..but i already did all the step by step and when it is to get it..says it is empty I don't know what to do anymore..ja talked to all the pokeballs on that floor and the others that need spinarak and magnemite

Ok, i already did all the steps until i found the gs ball and when i talk to the pokeballs after union cave it says that it’s empty .. in my bag it doesn’t contain the gs ball. can some mode help me?
