Hello. i was playing on my second account at mount silver, and when i was in battle against the first team rocket grunt that blocked the entrance to go outside the cave my pc turned off. when i came back the rocket grunt told me i was a loser because i couldnt even beat him and told me to go away. ive tried talking to him in the last few hours to see if it was a cooldown or not, but im starting to get worried that its permanent and that i would never be able to get raikou's seen entry data ( thats up further in mt silver ) i'd like to know if it indeed is on a cooldown and if so for how long or if its permanent what i could do to still get it. hope to hear back from you guys soon. https://gyazo.com/a48b5f71555f6c19a814a4d5c61d0fae ( where i am stuck )
