first i would like to say your title is a little "incomplete" to say the least, we cant tell your issue when we see "." also you dont need to Bump your own post 1min after you made it. so now lets get onto the issue, your asking that, Your neighbours play PRO but are on different wifi? and you want to know if they will have their accounts locked, then no, each person is allowed up to 4 accounts each 2 accounts per email 2 emails per person this is PER PERSON and not PER IP but if one person on the IP address does something rule breaking in which results in an IP Ban then everyone will be banned (edit now that i have seen your new Topic name) like stated above about the accounts.

are you by any chance using WinRAR? if so, this is a common issues, please uninstall winrar it is 100% no it is 1,000,000% trash and useless. you can extract the files by right clicking the Zipfolder how to extract: Step 1: Right Click the zipfolder and click "Extract All..." Step 2: select location to extract and extract it

have you tried to reboot your computer then try to relaunch the game, also have you tried the 32bit version (x86) in which i know of some peoples 64bit computer dont run the 64bit but will run the 32bit without issues also have you tried running the game as Administrator

have you tried the resync button on the bottom on the screen. its on the right side of the quick select buttons [1][2][3][4] (it will be here)

so how long for the server to be rebooted or crash please ? well crashes are random, manual reboots are once a day, unless things such as massive lag happens, or when the server crashes in which they will reboot too. sadly no one knows that times these will happen, so being patient is the only thing anyone can do. unless you wish to make a 2nd account to play on the same server V Rules on accounts V 2 accounts per Email 2 email accounts per person

this usually happens when the server doesnt fully log out you, you will most likely have to wait for the server to be rebooted or crash in order to play on that server. i suggest playing on Red until said crash happens

there is a resync button (next to your [1][2][3][4] quick select bar, push that. it should be on the right side of that bar

as alot of MMO's are. if there is an ingame way to make it 'easier' to report a crash can simply ruin that and the person gets away due to "ohh no server crashes, i will stay in this area waiting for them to come back even if its in 12 hours or 24 hours" kinda seems like a massive flaw in the reporting proccess. forums to me. see the best way to go around about this, due im never logged out as i set the forum to remember me. have you seem the amount of bots in WOW and ESO. ESO had 6 bots at one resource waiting for it to respawn RIP i didnt get that resource. easy, what i stated before and this "ohh look let me make friends on the unofficial discord, or in the IRC. then just ruin this one persons day. that will be funny" easy way to abuse said system. any and every system is abuseable no matter how great or amazing the work on it is to report someone. you can not EVER make a 100% fallproof way to make a working report system compared to the manual way in which is currently being done as human error is a more viable option then a machine doing it due to "people" reporting them via a ingame system. as humans can see the physical proof and a machine cant. we can watch, a machine will just see up, down, up, down, up down, left, right, left, right, which is what alot of people do when trying to level up or farm pokemon. mainly on tablet when they have to swipe the screen and dont have a tablet keyboard to use with their tablet (edited to add: also i have been banned from games in the past for Aim Bot due to being good with a sniper in COD. the system in even BIG games are flaw'd)

have you tried to FULLY close the client then reopen the client then logging in?

might i add when you become a trainer, your characters age is around 10-12 years of age. which is when you get your pokemon licence. im not sure if PRO follows these same way of pokemon. now i find it different if its WOW, Rift, ESO. etc due to their being no set age. but if PRO does follow pokemon Lore when it comes to becoming a trainer. then the marriage thing doesnt seem right

if you go into the game options they have settings to make the game run smoother make sure there are no ticks (no ticks = disabled) also try having the Limit FPS turned off to. it may help and also keep Vsync disabled to. vsync will also reck your FPS

Which platform would you make it on? Either Xbox or PC i suggest doing it on PC over Xbox as with PC you will have unlimited space

red is currently in DEBUG mode in order to find bugs so then the PRO staff can fix them, make sure your client is up-to-date on the 0.95.2 version, have pro exception on your firewall, run as administrator if you are still having issues connecting to red please be patient at this current time as the staff are doing the best they can to resolve these current issues.

it might have been an accident if yours and their emails are very similar. that could be the reason. but since you have the account. why not try playing the game? i can vouch to you that is fun to play, the Game is Free to play. and with an Activated account you can play it, would you be interesting in playing a Pokemon MMO in your spare time as alot of people have really enjoyed the game :) wont hurt to see if you enjoy it or not :)
