  2. Hi @Livana, Thanks for the quick reply, and yes, I'd like to take the account reset please. Also, I'm planning on switching my gold account with my silver account, I don't know if this account reset from silver could present any issue, if so, then leave it as it is. Since I don't have actual plans on playing that character at the moment, but to play my gold character transfered. Thanks in advance EDIT: Just realized that the transfering service ended when this month started (and I spend a lot of time grinding on gold for practically nothing now haha), so if is it possible to reset my account from silver I'd really appreciate it!
  3. Today I came back to the game after almost a year of being retired because some friends wanted to try out the game and see how far we could get. One of them has an account on the Silver server, and it has a lot of pokes that can help the new ones to have an easy start. But the last time I played I did it on the Gold server, and the first time I ever played the game I did on the Blue server, so a merge was required from my Blue account to the Silver server to be able to play the game on Silver. But, when I logged in I was in Pewter city with no pokemons, no items, no pokedex, nothing to be able to do anything. I tried to go back to pallet town because I though that my progress on the game was restarted or something, but as I don't have any pokemon, the moment a face an encounter on the grass I get instantly teleported to the PC of Pewter. So I'm pretty much stuck there. I was wondering if some member of the staff could recover my data, or if necessary restart my user (as I didn't really progress a lot the time I played on Blue) so I am able to play on the Silver server. Thanks in advance!
