Hi there, According to the scripts, it should've asked you if you want to learn the move Thunder Wave, then the system will let you choose a Pokemon. Even if you chose "Yes", it wouldn't take your money if the Pokemon you chose can't learn Thunder Wave. Therefore, if you did chose yes, then chose a Pokemon that can learn Thunder Wave, no refunds can be given since it's a player-end issue.

hi, i was found all shards and i was going to caught celebi, but i saw that i was using a wrong synchronize a little bit before click at celebi, so, i used escape rope and now i'm waiting the time to go to the map again, but, i'll have to get all shards again? sorry my english. No, you can go straight to Celebi if you got all the shards before. Anyways, locking topic since it has been solved. If you have any questions/concerns, feel free to PM me or any other staffs.

There were some recent changes in that map to fix something. Make sure you have restarted your client (close PRO and reopen it) after the latest reboot.

Hi there, There were some recent changes in that map, so your client will need to download the latest maps in order to get the updates. Unfortunately, Android Clients aren't able to download maps, so you will need to go there from a PC or wait for the next client update. Sorry for the unconvinience and have a nice day~

Sorry, but that won't happen. Being able to trade it will just make the whole point of ranked PvP pointless as players can just buy it instead of getting it in a competitive way. It will also reduce the value of the clothes themselves. If you want to get it, then you better start to train your team and get your way up to the top ladder for this month.
