Hi there, We will do something to disable the usage of escape rope from the Moon, might take a few hours. You're not supposed to be able to use Escape Rope from the Moon. The only way to get out is to find Rayquaza. The stone behind Deoxys is something for after-story, so it has nothing to do with your current quest. Thank your for reporting this. As for your character, please contact me or any staff members on Discord/IRC whenever you're online, so I can fix the variables.

Well.. this game is an MMO. Therefore, you're supposed to grind to get stronger and be able to beat your enemies with higher levels. Besides, unlike the handheld versions where your victory is kinda guaranteed, here you need to come up with a good strategy, then build and raise a team suitable for your strategy. Also, the fact that a lot of people actually finished the story means that it is NOT impossible. Anyways, good luck! :)

After you got moved to Hoenn the first time, all Kanto/Johto Pokemon will be locked without exceptions for obvious reason.

For future reference, please relog after any important trades/transactions. Relogging will save your progress so you won't get rollbacked if the server suddenly crash.
